I have a daily morning routine where I do a written reflection on the previous day. One of the questions I ask myself is how much phone/laptop/PC screen time I had. I also do a weekly reflection and track the total screen time for the week.

I don't typically track my usage. But looking at my digital well-being app, it looks like I spend about 2.5 hours a day on my phone. More on the weekends, and less during the week, which makes sense because of the old joberino.

I have no idea about screen time during the week. But I'm sure is damn near close to 9 hours a day I spend in front of my computer.

Also,.it's winter, and I spend a lot more time inside in front of screens.. when the weather warms up, see me inside?...heh, I'll see you later.

For my phone? Some days, less than an hour. Some days, six.

Laptop? I don't think I even count that as screen time anymore lol
