Depends on the context. “I’m tryna hit that” works in all mediums if the person is amenable.

I’m tryna get promoted probably doesn’t work well in many careers.

I use nonstandard contractions all the time..in casual conversations. I'ma, tryna, coulda, etc etc

Coulda etc is fine. Tryna is like 2005 shit. Like saying "be easy" etc

I can't remember last time i saw prolly regularly used

I only stopped using prolly because I shifted to 'likely' or 'indeed' depending on the context.
