I put a pork tenderloin, carrots, fingerling potatoes, onions, and cream of mushroom soup in the crock pot. We had that served over brown rice. It was delicious.

I have some fresh Cherokee Purple tomatoes sitting at home. Kind of just want to make a few tomato sandwiches.

We went to M Sushi in Durham last night and had the light omakase. It was pretty great. I especially enjoyed the crudo.

Leftover baked chicken, carrots and red potatoes, caprese salad (tomatoes and basil from the garden) and cucumber/avocado salad (from the garden as well).

I'm on my own tomorrow night, may pick-up some Char-grill.. It's been a couple months since my last fast food.

Sous vide cooked chuck roast to a temp of 133 degrees which gives it a good steak texture.
Mushroom gravy. Polenta. Cucumber salad.

They didn't use to, they used to be 100% breast meat. Then they started mixing in that nasty rib meat to save money.

It's not all bad I guess. But I used to get some Tyson buffalo strips that were great and 100% breast meat. Then they changed the recipe and it was trash.

About 198g of steamed broccoli and about 258g of just bare spicy chicken strips. Rando buy at costco once, really good!

Grilled cheese(2) and tomato soup

Tried new variety today

It was ok! 5% total DV sodium, the heart healthy version still has 45ish%, reg version has about 55ish% DV sodium. I added a pinch of salt. If anything tastes kinda sweet
