Love when ESPN updates points as late as Tuesday and takes a guy from 7 to 0...though his stat page shows that he played and posted the initial stats. So my W goes to a L and they wait until AFTER waivers to make these changes so I got stuck with a worse waiver order.Damn it ESPN, get your shit together.
9/18/2013 10:40:06 AM
^^I would go with Boldin too, but Nelson probably has the higher ceiling.^Who was that for?
9/18/2013 10:59:24 AM
It was an IDP, so probably wasn't seen by a ton of leagues, thus I'm guessing ESPN won't fix the scoring. Might just have the LM update it back to original points.
9/18/2013 11:21:16 AM
Never thought I'd ever have 3 TEs (Julius Thomas, Brandon Myers, Coby Fleener) in rotation with the TE & flex spot. Guess it goes to show you how injuries(Roddy, MJD)/dearth of RB depth on waivers can affect what you can put into the flex. This is my 16-team PPR league though.
9/18/2013 12:45:24 PM
9/18/2013 12:51:25 PM
^yeah, pick up Fleener if you canJust noticed that my team in the 12-team PPR league is pretty loaded and I'm having trouble deciding who to put in flex spots (start QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, RB/WR, TE/WR):QB: RG3, EliWR: Colston, Nicks, Torrey Smith, Shorts, Edelman, HopkinsRB: Forte, Bush, Murray, PowellTE: Cameron, EifertK: DawsonDEF: PatriotsKind of tempted to start offering trades to upgrade some positions. Having 6 capable WRs is driving me nuts trying to play matchups.[Edited on September 18, 2013 at 1:01 PM. Reason : ]
9/18/2013 12:57:24 PM
Think you have to go Colston Hopkins Edelman 1rb, 1 flexStarks, Murray, Reggie Wayne, Bowe.Only reason I'm hesitant about Starks is because of the Bengles D[Edited on September 18, 2013 at 1:57 PM. Reason : .][Edited on September 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Reason : .]

Murray & Bowe
9/18/2013 1:58:20 PM
You can't sit Wayne. He's guaranteed to get 5 catches a game at the least and SF will run the score up on Indy pretty quick.Wayne and Murray
9/18/2013 2:08:18 PM
Yeah that's why I'm struggling between Wayne and bowe. Allen is out for Indy increasing Wayne's targets and Philly D looked pretty bad last week (Bowe)[Edited on September 18, 2013 at 2:27 PM. Reason : .]
9/18/2013 2:25:16 PM
Philly D is bad but I can't sit Wayne for Bowe[Edited on September 18, 2013 at 2:34 PM. Reason : plus playing against Andy Reid will be weird]
9/18/2013 2:33:44 PM
Yeah I have Wayne in a few leagues and he's driving me crazy. Want to start him but in one league it's him or Garcon, in another league it's him or D. Jackson.Still not sure why Luck is projected 20 in one of my leagues, just can't imagine him hitting that unless he puts up 2-3 garbage TDs. Could be why they're projecting a decent game for Wayne too.
9/18/2013 3:16:50 PM
Just picked up Vikings D for this week. Playing the browns with the third string qb playing.

9/18/2013 4:59:45 PM
I just picked up James Starks who is projected to have another good week. Here's my tough decision to make:RB's - McFadden, Lynch, Starks, Moreno, Williams, MendenhallWR's - AJ Green, Cobb, BoldinTE's - Witten, OlsenNeed to pick 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, and a flex.
9/18/2013 7:22:32 PM
oh shit trent richardson to the browns is huge for me. suddenly he has people to block for him.
9/18/2013 7:28:41 PM
Stash Willis McGahee if you have roster space. He'll be a feature back in Cleveland, who else is going to run the ball. He'll be a good flex option/bye week fill in.
9/18/2013 8:07:52 PM
should I be looking to drop Kenny Britt now...I could pick up Andre Roberts
9/18/2013 9:29:58 PM
^ I dropped him. I don't see how his public comments about getting the "jared cook" treatment are going to go over well.Should I stick with Jordan Cameron this week with Brian Hoyer as his QB, the return of Josh Gordon, and no Trent Richardson?or pick up Coby Fleener?(I have Gronk who should be coming back in a couple weeks on my bench)
9/18/2013 9:50:40 PM
I picked up Fleener tonite. Curious to see how an actual running game opens up TE.
9/18/2013 10:14:00 PM
So I really want to pick Fleener up but I've already got Owen Daniels and Brandon Myers. Out of those two, who would you drop for Fleener, or would you drop either one?Wish I could just drop Donald Brown for him but I've got to get a QB for Rogers in week 4 and Bradford is available (even though he's going up against SF).
9/18/2013 10:51:52 PM
DeAngelo Williams vs NYGGarcon vs DETWho should I take in my flex spot this week?
9/19/2013 12:25:22 PM
Snagging that Vikings D is looking better and better now
9/19/2013 12:49:03 PM
Standard League, who should I start at RB alongside Gore;Trent Richardson vs. SFBilal Powell vs. Buf.Fred Jackson vs. NYJAlso, what about WR:Michael Floyd vs. NOAndre Roberts vs. NOGolden Tate vs. Jax (was leaning here b/c of the matchup, but he hasn't done anything so far)
9/19/2013 12:51:38 PM
9/19/2013 12:55:24 PM
^ I think both of your TEs are better than Fleener. Was offered this trade in a standard non-ppr league with no flex position.I give:Matthew StaffordReggie BushLe'Veon BellI get:Cam NewtonSteven JacksonGiovanni Bernardthoughts?
9/19/2013 1:28:03 PM
So, Richardson should be sat this week. right?
9/19/2013 1:29:47 PM
^^Would Newton be your starter? I would rather have Bush than Jackson (but neither will play 16 games, obviously), but I think Benard is a better fantasy back than Bell. So for me it would come down to my QB situation.^Depends on your other backs, but I can't see him doing much @SF after just being traded. Depends on how much they use him in the passing game.
9/19/2013 1:35:26 PM
Do I pick up both Richardson's replacement and McGahee? Also, I picked up Glennon (its a two qb league) and already have a trade offer for him lol.
9/19/2013 2:29:02 PM
Vick tonight against KC or Stafford Sunday against Washington. Everything I have seen has them with almost identical projected points, but Vick killed it last week and KC has had a short week to prepare. That said, Washington's pass D has been getting torched.I cant decide...
9/19/2013 4:15:47 PM
^ Stafford
9/19/2013 4:20:43 PM
Father-in-law offered me this trade in a standard, non-ppr league that starts 2 rb, 2 wr, and 1 flex.I give:David WilsonMike WallaceI get:Demariuyus ThomasMy current RBs are :Trent Richardson, Darren McFadden, Wilson, Le'Veon Bell, and Willis McGaheeMy current WRs are : Calvin Johnson, James Jones, Wallace, and Chris Givensthoughts?
9/19/2013 4:28:00 PM
KC's defense has been remarkably good this year. They're very, very fast and might be one of the tougher opponents for the Eagle's style of play. I'd probably go with Stafford. Now, that said, I am starting Vick over Newton in one of my league's this week, which really is more of a comment on the Panthers than it is anything else.
9/19/2013 4:28:10 PM
^^I personally like that trade, but also think its fair
9/19/2013 4:32:25 PM
^I agree that it's a fair offer, I am just worried about my RB depth
9/19/2013 4:43:09 PM
I'd run Trent, D-Mac and McGahee at flex until D-Mac gets injured or Bell gets healthyBut I've always been pretty down on Wilson anyway
9/19/2013 4:47:16 PM
You're RB situation is pretty rough, I don't like any of those guys. Richardson faces a string of tough defenses coming up, McFadden is going to get injured like he always does, Wilson is looking squarely at a time share situation, McGahee is a huge questions mark in terms of football readiness... oh and he's going to be on the worst offensive team in football, and Bell may not be back until October... or he might play next week.I'd definitely take Thomas and hope that Richardson gets some goal line ops and Bell comes back sooner than later. Looks to me like you'll be seeing a lot of McFadden/James Jones flex play.
9/19/2013 5:03:14 PM
FLEXJ. Cameron @MinORB. Pierce vs.HouWould be a no brainer for Cameron - except for injuries to Weeden and Rice...still on the fence though, as Min allows plenty of yardage/scores for TEs...[Edited on September 19, 2013 at 5:54 PM. Reason : flex]
9/19/2013 5:54:12 PM
kc defense probably has about 309 points tonite
9/19/2013 9:53:10 PM
4 sacks, 2 INTs, 2 fumble recoveries, 6 pts. allowed, 1 def TD. Yeah, they're doing pretty well.
9/19/2013 9:57:17 PM
Down to my wife by 23 points (Jamal Charles), not off to a good start this week.
9/20/2013 8:05:35 AM
Didn't get any responses to this. Need advice.
9/20/2013 4:39:19 PM
^ Good night you are loaded at RB. Lynch is obvious. Out of the rest I guess I would go McFadden, but I like Moreno too. I don't like Starks this week because it's still the Packers.AJ and Cobb is obviousWitten until the Panthers figure out how to score. Flex I'd go with Moreno.Stout team man.So are any other Gronk owners going to roll the dice and play him this week?
9/20/2013 5:30:35 PM
^^I'd go with (same as ^): RBs Lynch, MorenoWRs Green, CobbTE WittenFLEX I'd say McFadden- I don't like McFadden against Denver's D- Williams is inconsistent and if Newton can't get the passing game together, he'll get stuffed- Moreno's playing Oakland which is pretty porous, but surprisingly has a decent D Line- I have Starks on 2 teams and won't play him until he proves that he should start over a healthy Eddie Lacy (probably won't happen, but might be a sell-high waiver pickup)As for my weekend, I'm wondering who I should put at FLEX:For FLEX: Giovanni Bernard (currently starting, but up in the air), MJD (he's hurt), Mike Williams, James Starks, Harry Douglas, and Andre EllingtonEverything else is set (RBs J-Mail, Ridley... I'm thinking I'll give him another try, WRs Colston & Nicks, and TE Jordan Cameron)
9/20/2013 6:56:48 PM
^Is your league PPR?Absolutely no on MJD, injured and @Seattle. Think you're looking at Bernard or Starks. If Lacy doesn't play this week, I'd go Starks, otherwise I'd roll Bernard.Bernard had a big week last week, but didn't get a ton of touches, I tend to lean towards who will get the most touches.
9/20/2013 8:18:48 PM
^Standard ESPN scoring... I'm leaning a little towards Bernard for 2 reasons:- He's starting to prove himself more and more and is liable to keep stealing touches from BJGE- I'm not sure how I like Stark playing against an underrated Cincy D, especially compared to Bernard playing against Green Bay's D.It's still pretty early in the season to really judge a defense, but that's just what I'm thinking.
9/21/2013 1:46:35 AM
Assuming Reggie Bush is out this week, who do you guys think I should play at RB2? 0.5 PPRLamar Miller (vs ATL) or Bilal Powell (vs BUF)?
