So there were definitely 1-2 seconds left on the clock at the end of the game... obviously the field rushing would make it hard, but I'm kinda surprised we didn't have to do line up and knee the ball or something



Also -- no attendance listed for the game yet? I assume it was a sell out. Wonder if it's cause there was (supposedly) trouble getting into the gates before kickoff? I didn't have any issue getting in

Need a credibility watch for whoever is in charge of crowd control. Same shit always seems to happen for every event where there is every reason in the world to do extra prep and have more staff (like, you know, playing a top 10 team).

I'm expecting a similar shit show tomorrow night. Sold out the basketball opener for thr first time in 30 years? The usual early season staffing should do the trick.

I mean a large part of the problem (aka the entire problem) is half the stadium just waiting until 10 minutes before kickoff to head to the gates. It doesn't matter how many people are working when everyone shows up at one time. Also, pretty much every other gate doesn't have this issue and if these people just walked a little bit farther they could get in with minimal wait. But this one is closest to everyone who tailgates on/near trinity so it gets slammed with drunkards 10 minutes before kickoff.

We are a tailgating school, not a football school, and it shows. Like if you really want to be in the stadium for kickoff, get there 30 minutes before the game starts. You can buy another beer in the stadium now if you're that much of an alcoholic.

I have never had an issue getting into a football game post-being a student. Also I've never had wait more than about 2 minutes to get into a basketball game. Ever.
