Yeah! Love Halloween! Last Halloween was a bit quiet since we scattered my brother's ashes off Masonboro Island, but I love costumes and being around other people that are having fun.

The year before that some friends and I went as "Cat MILFs for Harris" and dressed like the Taylor Swift cover where she wears a black turtleneck and has a cat draped around her shoulders. We got stuffed cats to pin on and I had campaign-style buttons made.

I loooooove lacto-ferments and pickles. I make a lot of sauerkraut and fermented carrots, ginger, and garlic. For fridge pickles I love doing red onions, watermelon rinds, and carrots in old bay brine.
