Thanks. And no, not really. Cravings went away long ago, even if I smell someone smoking. I used the patch for a few weeks when I quit and then just stopped all nicotine.

The longer you go, the easier it gets. First month or two are the most difficult.

i can’t remember if i posted this before, but i lasted like 5 min with patch. it gave my arm a weird sensation, too uncomfortable
