Here is my attempt...we are 9th in the league for time of possession at 31:34. Last year we were 27:13, which would put us 30th right now.

Sounds like Andy Dalton should play quarters 1-3 and only hand off the ball to Dowdle/Hubbard. Maybe even Etienne to keep everyone fresh. Then put Young in the 4th quarter and let him do his thing.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say wild card. TB and CAR have very similar schedules down the stretch, but that 2 game lead they have in the DIV will be hard to overcome.

Even if we got a good value trade, there was nobody in the draft worth the #1 pick. In hindsight probably should've gone Jalen Carter or Bijan or Jahmir Gibbs or JSN.

Right, but if you had to predict 3 weeks ago what would happen, you'd probably predict a loss in Green Bay and a home win vs the Saints. The record is the same either way, but recency bias would be different. When Bryce was ruled out of the Buffalo game, I expected him to miss like 3 weeks. And I told myself if we went 1-2, likely with losses to Buffalo and Green Bay, and a win vs the Saints, all 3 with Andy Dalton, and then Bryce comes back with a 5-5 record, I would have been fine with that. Losing to the shitty Saints changes our opinion, but if we can go down to Atlanta and win and go to 6-5 (Bryce is 3-1 vs Atlanta), then we're right back in the mix.
