I tried that thing you said where you copied and pasted embed link but it didn't work. I used to use a website to generate it but it messed up a thread once

Click to edit this post and copy what's inside the pointed brackets or whatever you call those characters. Save in Notes or somewhere else accessible. Then paste this whenever you want to embed and replace the "ZZZZZZZZZZZ" text string with the unique YouTube video ID. Works every time.
