I appreciate your answer. I was not trying to be a bigot. I was generally confused by Will's little side story this season. We know that Robin is gay, so Netflix is definitely getting in their current culture references, being PC, whatever you want to call it. NTTAWWT

First two episodes could’ve been one, slow story and I was hoping for more. Episode 3 is solid and the 4th episode is everything I hoped for. The last 20 minutes are some of the best in the series, stoked for the rest of the season

Sooo Hopper killed like ~20+ soldiers, but then at the end they just let him go and he becomes sheriff again? I feel like the whole last 45 minutes are a fantasy in [insert correct characters name here]’s head. Someone on reddit will soon come out with a video explaining who and why and all the details. Terrible green screen, glad it’s over.

You sound fun.

I loved the finale. The last scene with the original crew playing D&D hit me hard in the feels.

The whole point of the show wasn’t about defeating the villain but about facing the challenges of growing up and relying on your people to support you and get you through. We saw this in every character, while also having amazing action and lore as a backdrop. I don’t need to have main character deaths, the ending delivered.

I’m sad Stranger Things is over, but I’m totally satisfied with the way they landed the plane

Thought it was pretty great. How Mike tells an upbeat story that leaves you "well maybe 11 is alive"

A bit GAAAY, with the sit down coming out. But understand it's a secret Will is scared off and can be used against him, so telling it frees him.

less time to watch things these day, but I'd like to binge it all together.

nope, but there a theory they will drop a 9th episode Jan 7th. they have a behind the scenes doc coming out, they are starting on a spin-off that is not in Hawkins or with any of the cast.

They Play they did was stupid. they should have a made a 1-3 episode before the start of season 5 that was the play. they had 400 million. with the VX, seems like some Somalia fraud here.

Considering all the shit that these kids have been through for the past six years of their lives, it would be alarming if they didn't change. Look at the difference between Sarah Connor in Terminator and Terminator 2. It is kind of a similar thing, but they all had each other for support so not as extreme.


But also, as someone else pointed out, she has killed a handful of soldiers in the US military with... zero consequences?

I like they idea that if they didn't plan it to shoot one now and drop it ASAP.

it is wild that it sooo looks like they lost and are trap. Vecna might have really won.

Yeah, I don’t really think there will be another episode, but that would be an impressive surprise. I said it here as soon as I finished the last episode, the last 45 minutes seemed like a fantasy projection. The way I see it, either the Duffers did a terrible job and left a bunch of holes just to give a happy ending, or perhaps they did a good job and left all the right clues so that people that wanted/needed the happy ending can choose to accept it, but those that look deeper can see the truth that Vecna/Mind Flayer really won.

Welp they have the Doc coming out the 12th, i saw someone point out freddy krueger 7 (7 is an important number). is a"Doc", but really freddy comes back and is released and starts killing people again.

maybe there will be hint in that. they also got scared to kill off main characters.

i haven't seen it, but clips. it's why i did the quotes "Doc". its filmed like a Doc.

I'll watch the ST Doc. be cool to see what the Duffers Bro do next.

Also another thing out there is Leigh Janiak, now separated from Ross Duffer, may have assisted on writing helping on previous seasons. which had more gore and crazier twist.

i think i'm in a Social Media rabbit hole. or just Vecna'ed
