^^ nah, honestly I've never spent much time in places prone to tornadoes. A few years ago, there was a tornado warning and the storm went over my house. I was down in the basement watching a movie though, and didn't hear a thing
^ nah. But I did see the movie Twister

Yes, I'm a godfather to my nephew. I promised to take care of him should anything happen to my brother and his wife.

I would do that anyway, even if I wasn't my nephews godfather tho.

In light of what Scripture says, I would just challenge you not to rely on what you have done to get you into heaven but instead to trust in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. What He did for us is sufficient.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9

Fatherhood is awesome. My son is awesome. As corny as it sounds,.I get immense pleasure seeing my boy experience things for the first time. Lately, he has been flashing some intentional smiles, and each one stops my heart for a second.
Having said that, he shat.on me a.couple of times recently. So goddamn disrespectful.

2 a days? As in workouts? Nah, it's been a minute. I have been pretty good about lifting in the mornings during the week, and going for a couple of runs on the weekend. But I haven't found the time lately (mostly because of my son) to get in a lift AND a run.

Yep, we have a jogging stroller. The baby is too small still to go running I think. Even then, I usually take my dogs running with me, and a stroller would be too much.

Typically, around 30 to 45 minutes per workout. If I go running, it is usually around 25 to 30 minutes.

I split my gym exercises into A day and B day. A days, I usually focus on upper body (Chest, arms, shoulders). B days, I mainy focus on lower body and core (legs, core). I will alternate A day and B day during the week to give my muscle groups a day to rest. On the weekends, I will run.

Monday - A day
-Bench Press - 3 sets comprised of 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps...or lifting to muscle failure. For all sets of 12, 10, 8 exercises, I will eventually get up to 12, 12, 12 reps...then I know it's time to move up in weight.
-Tricep Pulldown - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Shoulder Raises - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Curlbar Curls - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Dumbell shoulder press - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Abdominal Pulldown - 3 sets of 20

Wednesday - A day
-Bench Press - 3 sets comprised of 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps...or lifting to muscle failure.
-Tricep Pulldown - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Shoulder Raises - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Dumbell Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Dumbell shoulder press - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Abdominal Pulldown - 3 sets of 20

Tuesday, Thursday - B day
-Squats - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Weighted calf raises - 3 sets of 20 reps.
-Romanian Deadlift - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Pullups - As many as I can.

Friday - A` day
--Bench Press - 3 sets comprised of 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps...or lifting to muscle failure.
-One handed Deltoid Row - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Dumbell fly - 3 sets of 12 reps.
-Dumbell Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Weighted dips - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps.
-Cock pushups - As many as I can do.

Saturday, Sunday - Run
-These days, I have route that goes 2.5 miles, one that goes 2.7 miles, and one that goes about 4 miles. I just pick one depending on how much time I have.

I know no one asked, but after a workout, I will eat a whey protein shake. Breakfast is usually fruit and yogurt.

Which end of the spectrum is the strongest dislike?

I'm generally willing to give players a pass after they leave Duke or UNC. Having said that, Grayson Allen is too talent to have to pull some of the dirty plays I've seen him pull.

Good point, 1 or 10 could be most dislike, depending on how you view it. For this question, 10 is the most dislike

Idk how godfathers work...is there a certain age a kid gets a godfather? Like wait til the child is 1 years old? Or is it whenever the parents feel like it?

I don't think there are any hard and fast rules about godfathers and God children. It is really whatever the parents want. There is usually just one godfather, and one godmother. In general, this is something decided soon after the kid is born.

not really a question but just had a fatherhood reflection with today's news and thought of what you'd have to look forward to

Warriors, Cavaliers, Heat.

I honestly don't see how either the Warriors or Hear are going to free up enough cap space to afford LeBron though.

buddy needs to take a veteran minimum deal or something on his way out the league. go where he wants to go, play with who he wants to play with, let management have cap space to build around him and maximize his chance of having playoff success. assuming he even still wants to go for a chip at this point. he might realize he won't be able to pull it off and tryharding will just further damage his "wannabe goat can't win championships" legacy. just do his sendoff tour and focus on having a good time instead of pretending he's gonna win it all on his way out. imo

Agreed. That would definitely allow the fans to fulfill their fantasy of a Steph - LeBron team.

LeBron has already done everything he needs to. Championships, league ambassador, MVPs, scoring titles, flashed his D on TV, played with his son. Just go out on a farewell tour, then go act or something.

I don't think LeBron is ever really happy unless he's the coach on the floor though.

Yes, thanks for asking. We are far enough away from the National Mall that we didn't really hear the DC fireworks, concerts, or fly overs. Just just heard people setting off fireworks in the neighborhood....the dogs and baby were unfazed.

My baby isn't pooping anywhere near 12 times a day. He poops maybe 3 or 4 times a day.

But when he does poop, he does so with determination, precision, intent, and sometimes anger.
