It sounds like The Coz conveniently forgot that the Epstein drive hasn't been invented in this universe yet. Mars isn't even a free colony/planet yet![Edited on April 15, 2026 at 8:14 AM. Reason : ]

Well, shit.Looks like I'm a disgrace to the memory of Ed Baldwin.
4/15/2026 6:54:44 PM
Alex better go join Lee at the ISN base.
4/17/2026 9:44:44 AM
Damn, looks like Wraith was wrong about Sojourner not being able to easily make the trip to Titan.
4/17/2026 4:20:25 PM
Science PWNT! Stay home.
4/18/2026 8:47:07 PM
Got a kick out of the Sosumi Mac alert sound still being used in 2012 in this timeline.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sosumi

Space Harrier!
4/20/2026 10:11:12 AM
I'm so going to laugh when they arrive at Titan by the next episode like it was nothing.
4/20/2026 10:33:41 AM
They gonna hypersleep.
4/20/2026 10:37:12 AM
Why do they need hypersleep when they can be there in 5 minutes
4/20/2026 12:48:55 PM
But didn't the Russian governor specifically say something about X billion kilometers?I will have to re-watch.]
4/20/2026 1:50:37 PM
Even with them able to get to Mars in a month, if Saturn just happened to be at its closest to Mars and they were able to maintain that same pace, it would take them like a year to get there.
4/20/2026 2:20:16 PM
dErPloY tEh SoLaR sAiLs!!!
4/20/2026 4:34:00 PM
^^ Could in theory be going faster than Earth to Mars velocity wise? Accelerate massively and then flip and burn to slow down
4/20/2026 8:44:11 PM
Where are they putting all that fuel? In a vehicle that was designed to travel less than 1 AU?
4/21/2026 9:54:57 AM
It appeared to have two external fuel tanks mounted on top.Alternatively, they could be using magic.
4/21/2026 12:16:24 PM
Sounds like they are space scorpioning the shit out of itWhat if they just use an asteroid to push them there faster?]
4/21/2026 3:01:30 PM
So Aleida told her family she'd be gone a year and she was sticking around at least until Sojourner landed...transit to mars - 1 month getting Sojourner ready - x Sojourner transit to Titan - ytransit back from mars - 1 monthSo the combined time to get a 20 year old spacecraft, that has been stripped for parts and sitting unprotected on the Martian surface, back to flight readiness, retrofitting it with fusion drives, and it landing on Titan is 10 months.
4/24/2026 6:56:20 PM
You'd think they could do it faster if they weren't so lazy
4/24/2026 6:59:19 PM
That borscht did look pretty good, though, NGL.
4/25/2026 8:42:07 PM
4/26/2026 6:34:18 PM
So why can't we just dust off some Apollo stuff from a museum and land on the moon in a couple months from now?
4/26/2026 6:58:45 PM
We could but the man doesn't want us to
4/26/2026 7:19:07 PM
Dev's about to end these riots.
4/27/2026 9:49:59 AM
4/27/2026 10:41:30 AM
Got me thinking about how the space ship in MIB still worked in 1997...33 years after the World Fair
4/27/2026 11:21:40 AM
I was pleased when they covered Lenya’s mouth with duct tape. Dev should’ve been packing heat. I thought he was a goner.

They mentioned in the last episode that it was 18 months to Titan from Mars. To put that into perspective, it would take Voyager 1 about 3 years to go that distance, and that is a small uncrewed spacecraft. Voyager 1 is one of the fastest spacecraft in operation right now -- although Parker Solar Probe hit higher peak velocities, its sustained cruise velocity isn't as high.
5/4/2026 9:17:24 AM
Why do you hate fun
5/4/2026 1:26:59 PM
It's fun to pick apart a show that was billed as 'hard scifi'
5/4/2026 1:53:24 PM
Hard was clearly referring to the erections it causes
5/4/2026 3:34:42 PM
Did you ever think that different people have fun in different ways? No you didn't, because all you think about is yourself.
5/5/2026 9:06:25 AM
No, i actually think about you a lot
5/5/2026 10:36:48 AM
It’s hard sci-fi for people who love big bang theory, but not the Expanse
5/5/2026 11:59:11 AM
I miss the Expanse. At least the books got a fitting conclusion
5/5/2026 2:18:24 PM
So I guess now that Kelly is halfway to Titan, that means the odds of her banging her son's best friend like her mother did are pretty low.
5/6/2026 8:20:10 AM
But not zero. Never zero.
5/6/2026 8:41:21 AM
True. Her son's best friend is currently training to be a marine on Earth. He could get deployed to Titan as part of a rescue mission and end up getting invited to explore Kelly's "happy valley" if you know what I mean.
5/6/2026 9:29:03 AM
I bet he'll hook up with Danny's daughter first.
5/7/2026 6:22:46 AM
What a hilariously reckless maneuver that doesn't even seem to make sense from a timing perspective. The hit atmo like 5 seconds after their burn window?
5/8/2026 1:53:03 PM
Wraith - what kind of equipment would Sojourner need to make propellant on Titan?
5/8/2026 3:26:28 PM
Also those EVA suits are hilariously bad. Surface temps on Titan are COLD
5/8/2026 7:16:05 PM
Yeah, I just looked it up: average surface temp on Titan is negative 290 F. Brrrrr.
5/9/2026 5:39:15 PM
5/9/2026 5:40:51 PM
They just used aerogel. Duh!
5/9/2026 5:50:49 PM
5/11/2026 9:38:09 AM
Never question a Baldwin!
5/11/2026 2:30:08 PM
I think the true theme of the show is "Is the Baldwin trait nature or nurture?"That is the real reason they chose to make Kelly an adopted child.
