I read online that Shady Maple is a good brand, so tried that first. I started with the very dark color...its not bad but too overwhelming. Got the dark and amber today.

Anyone have a favorite maple syrup?

Got from costco like 12.89, just got another quart of organic wholefoods maple syrup via amazon. Both amber. Sams has dark, robust flavor prob get a quart of that too before run out.
